Let me introduce myself...


My name is Ayla - as in Kayla but without the K.

 

I'm your charmingly sweet, next-door girlfriend currently based in Osaka, Japan, for an internship and Japanese studies. 日本語も勉強中です。

I'm multi-faceted like a diamond, with a name that might sound worldly but comes with a fully Scandi heart.

Though proud of my Nordic roots, I’ve always seen myself as a citizen of world. I have lived and studied in both London and in Tokyo - hence I couldn't settle on a name in this life that felt confined to my one nationality and ethnicity.

I hold a BA in anthropology, I have travelled the world and speak three languages (five if you count my Scandi languages)​​.

Whether in a new city or back home, I'm always on an adventure exploring, learning, and connecting with people in meaningful ways. Perhaps I could be your next adventure... and you could be mine?

In pursuit of spring​

 

As the self-proclaimed Purveyor of Springtime, I’m here to awaken your senses and celebrate life and the beauty of indulgence with you. Life’s pleasures are my passion, and I love experiencing the world sensually through food, wine, music, dance, and art. 

​

Having danced ballet as a child, I’ve always held a deep appreciation for the performing arts. When in London or New York, you'll find me roaming art galleries and coffee shops. My childlike side loves exploring theme parks, hence Tivoli Gardens is my favourite place in Copenhagen. Salsa socials, whisky and wine tastings, retail therapy and dressing up for dinner are also some of my recreational pleasures. But what I'm most passionate about is actually people and hospitality!

I relish trying new cuisines, wines, and other earthly delights from around the world. And when these experiences are shared in great company, with cheeky lips stealing kisses, a sneaky hand caressing my thighs (or around my neck, teehee!), they become my recipe for a spring-like happiness: The perfect blend of human connection, sensual adventure, and the simple joys that make life so extraordinary.
